We operate a full time team of between 25 and 30 skilled tradesmen with a dedicated site foreman responsible for day to day operations and site management of the project. Typically around 85% of all construction and finishing work will be undertaken in house, this strategy minimises reliance on external subcontractors, facilitates co-ordinated programming and ensures continuity of work on the project.

The project manager acts as a liaison between client, architect, surveyors and the local authority ensuring that the project is properly resourced and well managed, he is responsible for seeing that the site is run efficiently, effectively and safely and audits all aspects of the work to ensure that it is carried out to the highest standards.

We work in close association with a large number of construction professionals and are able to offer a full design and build package for the majority of projects, this is an increasingly popular construction strategy eliminating many of the common problems and setbacks associated with the traditional building process. There are many advantages to design and build; one point of contact, budget overruns are minimised, costly errors are avoided and cohesive project management allows the client maximum creative input.
